I’ll talk about all of that tomorrow (although, if you have seen some teasers we splashed across The Star for the past few days, you might have an idea on what is going on).

In the mean time, I just wanted to share a video clip I took yesterday at the Youth Engagement Summit (YES2009) in Putrajaya where such spectacular speakers as Bob Geldof and Biz Stone were present. Actually, Biz wasn’t so spectacular but I really don’t want to go much into it because this would be the fifth time I’m writing about it.

First was this blog post (on the new R.AGE blog, no less – part of what I will talk about tomorrow with regards to work), and then there was this news story. Then there is the article coming out tomorrow in R.AGE (in StarTwo every Wednesday) and finally, another blog post to complement it.

Yes, I am tired of Biz Stone. Who would have thought?!

What I did want to share was my first ever YouTube upload – a video I took during the press conference using my new iPhone 3Gs *cough*. It was Biz’s response to the one question I got to ask him:

Let’s set the record straight: Is one a Twitterer or a Tweeter?

This is his reply:

I asked this because of course everyone has their own opinion. I also wanted to set the record straight on it, and to see if he has changed his mind since this New York Times article (where he did indeed say that he uses, “Twitterers”).

But from his response yesterday, he’s sold out *grin* and said that now, he uses them interchangeably although originally, he went with Twitterer. All because “people” wanted to use them they way the like. Like where’s your spine, man? LOL

Meh … I’m a purist. I’ll stick to Twitterer (even if it is a few extra characters). Unless I get desperate for characters on Tweets.

I have more to share about the YES2009 but I think that would have to wait. In the mean time, I need to hit the sack.
